Ui Maikai long Hawaiian dress.  100% cotton.  Made in Hawaii.  Back zipper.  Empire waist.  Yellow, orange, and red floral pattern.  Vintage.
Good preowned condition.  Gently worn.  A light stain on the top front near the shoulder (see last picture).
The approximate measurements are taken with the dress laying flat.
