    Description

Beautiful "Born Free Bed & Breakfast" 21' being offered for sale with NO Reserve!
This little jewel is one of the most sought after, fully self-contained little rigs on the market, the smallest in the Born Free line of this era. This coach is very clean and the owners were meticulous about maintenance, comes with lots of records, and has just over 90k miles. NON-Smoker owned, NO pets.
This size is great for National Parks, State Parks, and smaller campgrounds, easy to park and maneuver. Excellent for vacations or traveling workers, fits in a standard parking spot- would be GREAT to take to the beaches as well. Comes equipped with rear bumper/receiver hitch and wiring for towing or a bike rack. Rear double bed/dinette model (bed measures 84" x 52" when folded down) with upgraded cushions in tan "Ultraleather". Upgraded Pioneer AM/FM/CD/Bluetooth, LCD TV, DVD. Great kitchen space with beautiful hardwood cabinetry and a LOT of storage for such a small coach, 3-Way fridge, 2-Buner cooktop and microwave. "Onan MicroQuiet" Generator with under 435 hours, cold cabin and roof AC, Power driver and passenger seats, "Flexsteel" captain's seats in tan "Ultraleather", etc. I typically only deal with Airstreams, and am not generally impressed by other manufacturers, but this one really surprised me, definitely a quality built little rig, and they don't make em' like this anymore. Really a very well designed class B, feels very open and larger than its 21' when you're inside, lots of windows and natural light. Recent complete roof scrape/re-coat (by Camping World), new house and chassis batteries, Roof AC and fridge were replaced/upgraded in 2016. Runs/drives beautifully and comes with a folder of recent maintenance receipts, clean CarFax, books and manuals.
Specs are as follows: Weights and tank capacities taken from internet specs, please see last pic for the sticker/specs on this coach:

Please feel free to contact me any time at 520-404-1975 (Heather Anderson) if you have questions or would like to set up a time to come see the coach.
I am located in Tucson, AZ not far off of I-10, easy to find, so come take a look, this little Born Free is worth the trip!
***** All hard surfaces of this coach have been cleaned and sanitized, and I run the Ozonator in anything that comes in for 24 hours as well, I always have, because I'm a bit OCD like that, now I'm even worse. I am happy to run it again prior to you picking it up if you have any concerns. You can Google what Ozone machines do to viruses, including the one we're currently most concerned with. *****
    I am a licensed/bonded AZ auto dealer
... NOT by choice, but because here in the great state of AZ if you buy/sell more than 3 vehicles (of any kind) in any 12 month period, you have to get a license. I am in real estate, but also a classic car and Airstream nut, I also have a ranch, horses, trailers, etc... let's just say I bought and sold a few too many for the state's liking, and due to the fact that they need revenue desperately- they decided to fine me when I sold a few more that what I'm "allowed", long story short- I jumped through all of their hoops and got my license 14 years ago.
    Full payment is due
within 7 days of the auction's end, and the coach must be picked up within 15 days of payment (unless other arrangements have been made). Certified funds, cash in person or bank wire-transfer only. Payments MUST clear before the RV leaves my sight. There are no "title fees" or "doc fees" like the typical dealers have because as far as I can tell, that's just a way to get an extra couple hundred dollars from someone, here in AZ it costs me .00 to get a temporary registration so that a buyer can drive home legally and .00 for a title, I think I can handle that. Please check my feedback, you'll see that I don't sell very many vehicles- but I do have 100% positive feedback on what I have sold over the years. I do NOT go to auctions and buy cars to sell, anything that I have sold or will sell either belonged to me or someone that I know or is a "consignment" type of sale. I have never liked most car dealers and am not all that thrilled to be "one of them".
    ***
    This is a USED RV
and is being sold as-is/where-is with no warranty expressed or implied. This coach is in great condition, but please be realistic- it is NOT a "brand new" coach- there will be wear and tear, dings, chips, and other minor imperfections from normal use and going down the highway. This unit is VERY CLEAN, but it is 18 years old,
if you're expecting a NEW RV, please buy one.
If you can't make it here to see it in person, please call me and I can walk around it with you. Again, please call me with any questions or to come see it: 520-404-1975. I would welcome and recommend that you come see it or have a 3rd party inspection. I will make it available throughout the auction for any and all inspections, just call and we'll set up a time. Please understand that the description is only my opinion, yours may be different, I have done my best to take many pictures and describe the RV to the best of my ability. Just remember, we all tend to look better in pictures than in person- that's just the way it is. **Taxes
: Arizona Residents: Must pay Sales tax (6.1%) as we are located in Pima County.

**Non-Arizona (US) Residents Taking Delivery in Arizona: Out of state buyers that take delivery in Arizona will pay sales tax according to their home state's tax rate. All customers who take delivery in Arizona will receive a receipt showing taxes paid in Arizona to avoid being double charged by their home state. Licensed dealers do not pay sales tax.
